Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  3. Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email
  4. A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
