Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
